» Empowering Women Through Skill Development

KVM Welfare Society, established in 2018, is dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods of women by providing skill development and self-employment training programs. Our primary objective is to equip women from various backgrounds with the necessary skills to become financially independent. By collaborating with AP MEPMA (Andhra Pradesh Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas) and APSSDC (Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation), we have successfully implemented structured training programs tailored to the needs of women and youth in municipal areas.

» Impact and Achievements

Over the last two years, we have trained more than 2,500 individuals in Vizianagaram, empowering them with employability and technical skills. Our trainees have gone on to excel in various fields, securing stable jobs and starting small businesses in areas such as tailoring, beauty services, and food production. These success stories reflect the effectiveness of our programs and the life-changing impact they have on women striving for self-sufficiency.
